i doubt it. this is an employment question, not travel.
2 :
hard to say. apply and see.

I've never had a clerk at Macy's who knew anything about the stock, so it can't hurt to go down and apply. They should be adding temporary staff for the holidays, so now would be a good time to do it.

About how much would a daycare teacher working in the Cincinnati OH area make

How much would a daycare teacher working in the Cincinnati OH area make?
I'm a college student (elementary ed major) and looking at working for a daycare center as a toddler teacher this summer. Any idea how much I can expect to make per hour?

I am a preschool teacher in columbus. Right now I make $8.75 - I am licenced, and trained in first aid/cpr/communicable diseases and I am an assistant teacher. I have also worked at another preschool as a co-lead making $10/hr. And I also worked in a preschool for children with autism making $12/hr as an assistant. It really depends on what kind of daycare you work at. You might make less at a kindercare, la pettite, or childrens world then you would at a goddard.

Our family and another one recently hired a Nanny, who had been the Lead at the Daycare that I had originally been taking my son to. As the lead, she had been making $9.25 an hour, for watching 5 kids and doing her additional lead duties. Now she watches 2 infants in our house, and we pay her a straight $400 a week for a maximum of 40 hours a week (and its usually less). We also give her paid holidays and a week of paid vacation every year as well. And as an added bonus, when we have more kids, we'll probably be giving her a pretty nice raise. Moral of the story is, you might want to give Nannying a shot as well, as its likely you'll end up making more money under better conditions.

About Who to work for replacing lights in and maintaining antenna towers in Cincinnati, Ohio

Who to work for replacing lights in and maintaining antenna towers in Cincinnati, Ohio?
I heard that the company that hires people to climb up cell phone, and TV towers to replace light bulbs and maintain the towers pay very well. I have been looking for a company that hires people to do that locally in Cincinnati, Ohio and I cant find one for the life of me. Does anyone one here know what the job position is called or better yet any company's here in Cincinnati that hire to do that?

Check out www.pexx.com - they appear to be a company that does this. Be aware- if a job pays a lot of money, then that usually means there are also a lot of people trying to work there. If you dont have experience, then it might be a longshot. Not that you shouldnt try- but you might want to explore other avenues as well.

Here are a few sites to get your search started--- Capital City Group- steel erectors ccgroup-inc.com Wernke Steel Erection manta,com/coms2/_c077rq/wernke This site has info on 188 steel erectors in Southern Ohio thomasnet.com/southern-ohio/steelfabricating. I agree that you should be cautious. I knew a guy who did just what you describe. He took a night off, and his sub was climbing a tower with an improperly- bolted section, which collapsed, taking him to his death.
