Restaurants are your best bet. A lot of people I know are moonlighting as bartenders/servers. Weekends are usually their busiest time. Very high turnover rates means there are plenty of openings--if you can wait tables you will never go hungry.

I work full-time and go to school part-time, so I didn't think I'd have time for a second job even though I desperately needed the money.
